i'm from:	West Sussex
country:	England

breed:	West Highland White Terrier
when I arrived:	Tara was born on a large farm near Polegate and like her best friend, Rocky, Tara stood out from the rest as being so spirited. Tara has lost none of that spirit, running rings round both her family and Rocky.
bio:	Tara is a white west highland terrier. Unlike her best friend, Rocky, Tara is not nearly as stocky. She is smaller and more streamlined. This may be partly due to her energy, which she has in abundance. Always running about.
special features:	Tara loves to take charge. If Rocky does something she does not agree with, Tara is all to happy to tell him off. Tara is a proper little madam who has to be the centre of attention. She also likes to chase other animals (usually frogs or bugs).
likes:	Tara tends to ignore most of her toys and prefers to claim slippers and have a go at them instead. She is also partial to a belly rub. One belly rub and you have a friend for life. Her best friend is Rocky.
dislikes:	Tara dislikes any of her family going out. If she cannot see you, especially certain members of the family, she howls. When Tara howls it is amazing how much volume can come from a little dog.
