Cody came from a local shelter that did not have a no-kill policy. I have always been a huge dog person, so when I moved out of my first apartment and left the roommate behind, I wanted a companion with four legs, fur, and a sweet heart.
bio:
Cody is the sweetest puppy you could ever meet. He's a 50-lb. ball of energy, and he loves to investigate. He's good-natured, playful, and loves to chew, as my former collection of flip flops could tell you.
special features:
Cody loves to find socks and bring them to you to play with, which is a great way to find socks you didn't know you had. He will talk and argue with you and loves fetch, and won't take no for an answer if he asks you to play.
likes:
Cody loves everything - He loves animals and people, and loves to romp in the snow. He loves to use his puppy eyes to persuade you to love on him, play fetch, or let him drag the cat around. He will gladly share your dinner or let you hug him.
dislikes:
He hates apartment maintenance people - somehow he knows they aren't there for socializing and likes to howl at them. He's normally a very quiet dog, so this is quiet a different side of him. He also does not like uncooked green peppers.
So Cody is going to find a new friend in his life soon, or so we're hoping. Due to continued behavioral issues, I wasn't able to keep my cats, so Cody is going to have a new canine friend as soon as we're able. It's been a heck of a journey, not to mention Cody's recent medical problems - he ate something that didn't pass through, and the digestive complication resulted in an infected anal gland. ...
